Refund & Cancellation

At Xfused, customer safety and hygiene are our top priorities. Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we follow a strict but transparent policy.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.


2. Returns

We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@xfused.com along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.


4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.


5. Allergic Reactions

Skin reactions vary from person to person. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before use. Refunds will not be provided for allergic reactions or personal dissatisfaction.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used products

• Products without original packaging

• Free gifts or promotional items
